First Love, Second Chance Premieres
TV Land brings together former couples from around the globe – to reunite for one week to share feelings about their dramatic, emotional and often-times sudden break-ups and entertain the possibility of rekindling the relationships in the TV Land PRIME Original Series, “First Love, Second Chance.”

Each week, TV Land documents one couple’s week-long journey as they move-in together, meet close friends and family and try to push beyond the past transgressions to spark a new romance. At the end of the week, they send each other a dramatic video diary that spells out their true feelings, sometimes putting their new relationship in jeopardy.

The six-episode series gives viewers a candid look at former sweethearts – some separated more than 20 years ago – who have a chance to reignite the passion and love they once shared or to see if their break-up was truly meant to be.

First Love, Second Chance premieres on Wednesday, March 10th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Destination Truth
Josh Gates returns to host six all-new episodes with kicking off with an adventure in Ireland and the team heads out in search of the legendary leprechaun. 

Led by intrepid world-adventurer Josh Gates, each episode of Destination Truth takes viewers on a trek across the globe as Josh investigates stories of the unexplained.  Josh and crew will travel to the U.S., Jordan, Israel, China, New Zealand and Chile, seeking answers to the world's greatest mysteries and myths.

Buried Life Season Final
Next week’s The Buried Life Season Finale, airs Monday night at 10pm ET/PT on MTV.   In this last episode, the boys try to end it big by attempting #85: Throw the Most Badass Part Ever.  They also help a young man find his birth father.

The Buried Life is a documentary series follows Duncan, Ben, Jonnie and Dave, who travel across the country in their purple bus named Penelope to pursue their wildest aspirations and sometimes “off the wall” crusades to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others. 

VH1 Classic’s “Behind the Music Remastered
Saturday, March 6^th at 10PM ET, VH1 Classic will air the latest of eight half-hour episodes of “Behind the Music Remastered” featuring  Def Leppard. Picking up where the original “Behind the Music” episodes left off, VH1 Classic will air brand new interviews, footage, and video clips that updates the story over the last 10 to 15 years.

Comcast goes Hollywood
Comcast will be showcasing several of this year’s Academy Award-nominated films such as The Hurt Locker, Julie & Julia, Inglourious Basterds, A Serious Man, District 9 and Up among others are now available On Demand on television (TV) as part of its Oscar Films & More collection. 

The collection also features more than 50 past Oscar winners, biographies of Academy Award-winners, past red carpet interviews as well as a special collection of  “B” movies from this year’s honorary Lifetime Achievement Academy Award recipient and “B” movie king, Roger Corman.

MTV premieres this week
MTV will introduce viewers to the nation’s best and brightest rising performers when its hit music- and dance-driven reality series “Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew” and “Taking the Stage” premiere back to back on Thursday, January 28th.

10p.m. ET/PT Season Five premiere of “America’s Best Dance Crew” will kick-off a three-episode arc with 15 all-new crews competing in regional finals for the chance at one of the nine coveted spots on the Season Five roster.

11p.m. ET/PT, Season Two of “Taking the Stage” will feature returning cast members Tyler Nelson and Mia Carruthers alongside a new cast of students at one of the country’s most prestigious arts schools – Cincinnati’s School For the Creative and Performing Arts.

Steven Seagal Lawman
New episode of Steven Seagal Lawman, tomorrow January, 27 at 10p/9c on A&E.  On this week’s episode, Deputy Chief Steven Seagal and his team join with the narcotics unit for an undercover sting on a drug dealer. But not everyone is bad. Later, when three suspicious young men prove themselves to be law-abiding citizens, Steven invites them to a big Sheriff's office picnic where he and the SWAT team demonstrate an exciting hostage rescue. 

Spartacus: Blood and Sand, STARZ network's highly anticipated original series, will debut this Friday, January 22, 2010 at 10:00 pm et/pt. The hour-long drama, shot on location in New Zealand, stars Andy Whitfield as the gladiator warrior hero Spartacus.

Spartacus is a soldier in the Roman Auxiliary who has been taken prisoner. As punishment for defying a Roman Legate, Spartacus has been sentenced to die in the gladiator arena. But after surviving numerous fights, his sentence is commuted and he has been sold as a slave to be trained as a gladiator.

Spartacus: Blood and Sand features Australian newcomer Andy Whitfield as the title character, a Thracian fighting to return to his wife after being sold into slavery at a gladiatorial school. He is joined by Lucy Lawless (“Xena: Warrior Princess,” “Battlestar: Galactica”) as the deceptive Lucretia, John Hannah (The Mummy movies) as her power-hungry husband Batiatus, Peter Mensah (300) as the head of the gladiatorial school, Doctore, along with a cast of familiar as well as fresh faces.

The series is shot utilizing virtual environments in the graphic novel style of such successful features as 300 and Sin City. The process gives the show a fresh narrative approach and a hyper-realistic look that is unlike anything yet seen on TV. It’s an entirely new vision of the ancient legend.
