HBO's Harrison Documentary
HBO debuts Martin Scorsese’s major new film documentary “George Harrison: Living in the Material World.”  Which premieres tonight in two parts - Oct 5 & 6, 2011

And it turns out, HBO also has made it a huge night for Rolling Stone Magazine’s first chief photographer, Baron Wolman. HBO isolated one photograph that the network felt captured the essence of the film – it was taken in 1968 by Wolman – to promote the online trailer, as you can see below. The photo captures Harrison on a couch at Apple Corps relaxing while reading Bob Dylan’s book Don’t Look Back.

George Harrison is one of the many rock greats captured by Baron Wolman in his new coffee table book, The Rolling Stone Years (Omnibus Press).
